Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. As part of our business model, you only pay when the site is finished. If you change your mind or simply arent satisfied, you can cancel your subscription. By canceling your subscription you will no longer recieve our services.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes you can. Just login to the client portal and click on billing on the sidebar. You will be redirected to Stripe where you can change your payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards along with Apple, Link, and Google pay.
Can I get a refund?
You can get a refund only if you suspect your card was fruadulently charged.
